Check the lender, eligibility requirements, interest rate, fees, repayment term and total amount repayable. Approval is separate from your clinical assessment and is not guaranteed.
Compare the total borrowing cost as well as the repayment amount. Seek independent financial advice if you need help deciding whether borrowing is appropriate for you.
Can superannuation be used for dental treatment?
In limited circumstances, you may be able to apply to the ATO for early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds for eligible dental treatment. Approval is separate from your clinical assessment and is not guaranteed.
Using super reduces your retirement savings and tax may apply. Consider the financial implications and seek independent advice before deciding.
